Funeral service seems to be changing daily. We are constantly questioned about costs. The families that we all serve are choosing less traditional services, and these services impact the bottom line negatively. The rapid increase in the costs of doing business is a real concern for all of us. Discounters, casket stores, memorial societies and a temporary decline in the death rate negatively effect the ability to remain profitable.

Over one year ago, our family embarked on a goal to address those issues. How do we maintain our service levels, control costs, and keep our pricing affordable to the families who call on us? The challenge seemed bleak at best. In order to keep offering quality service, building and staffing needs require an appropriate financial commitment.  Cuts in these areas were simply unacceptable. Therefore we turned our attention to our vendors - how were they serving our needs while remaining a profitable partner with us?

One of the buzzes in funeral service in recent years has been the birth of casket manufacturing in China. We explored the possibility and feasibility of Chinese manufacturers. The result of this exploration yielded the belief that it makes economic sense while not compromising quality.

We have worked diligently through a year long process of identifying the problems of dealing with foreign manufacturers and coming up with viable solutions to doing business in China. We scrutinized every vendor's quality, pricing and dedication to serving the American Funeral Director. Once we became comfortable with the process it seemed that the next logical step was to share our experience with other funeral homes throughout the country. Through this process, Chinese Casket Distributors was born, a company dedicated to serving the needs of funeral homes and their client families.

Chinese Casket Distributors offers you the most conscientious opportunity to obtain affordable merchandise at quality standards that you will be proud to put your name on. Leave the language barriers, manufacturing issues, tariffs, taxes, transportation, inventory needs, international currency and storage issues to us.

Sincerely,
